The Art of Brewing Ethiopian Coffee
Ethiopian specialty coffee deserves more than a pod machine. Here's how to unlock every note of your Nu Coffee — from delicate floral pour-overs to bold, syrupy espresso shots.

5 Rules for a Better Cup
Coffee is best 5–30 days after roasting. Nu Coffee ships fresh — use within 30 days for peak flavor.
Coffee is 98% water. Tap water with chlorine or heavy minerals will dull even the finest beans.
Rinse your brewer, carafe, and cup with hot water first. Cold equipment steals heat and mutes flavor.
For filter methods, pour a little water first and wait 30 seconds. This releases CO2 and opens the grounds for even extraction.
A scale takes 10 seconds and eliminates the biggest variable in home brewing. Consistent weight = consistent cup.
