Shipping policy

At Nu Coffee LLC, our commitment is to provide the highest quality freshly roasted exotic coffees to our valued customers worldwide, including those serving in the Armed Forces. Explore our shipping options for retail domestic orders within the United States:

  • Free economy and standard Shipping on all orders 

We prioritize cost-efficient shipping rates and swift delivery, partnering with reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. From our roastery near Holmdel, New Jersey, we dispatch orders on weekdays, and delivery times displayed during checkout pertain to business days. Local pickup from our Roastery is also available. We aim to ship all orders on the same business day if placed before 12 pm EST. Orders made on Friday afternoon and weekends will be processed on Monday. Possible delays may occur due to roast schedules, flavored coffees, degassing for ground coffee, and peak season volume.

We reserve the right to change the selected shipping carrier based on our experience, ensuring the most expedient delivery method for the package.

*Exception: Gift box shipping fees to noncontiguous USA states are based on weight and are not eligible for our free shipping offer. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other territories.

International Shipments

Canada: We ship to Canada using major carriers, excluding customs duties and taxes for orders under $150. Orders exceeding $150 are subject to customs duties and taxes, the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, free shipping and flat-rate offers are not applicable in Canada. Some customers opt for postal forwarding services like Parcel Monkey as a cost-effective alternative.

All Other Countries: International shipping is available via FedEx, UPS, and DHL, with shipping costs displayed during checkout. Customs fees and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility. Customers can choose postal forwarding services for a budget-friendly option. Popular choices include Qwintry, Parcel Monkey, Aramex, or MyUS.

Returns

If you're not satisfied, communicate with us for resolution. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of package receipt. Initiate a return through the Contact Us page, and preferably, inform us via email or phone before returning. This allows us the opportunity to address and correct the issue promptly or exchange the item at no charge.

Products ineligible for return or exchange include ground coffee, and custom or special orders. Refunds are issued minus any shipping charges.
