At Nu Coffee, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not delighted with your purchase, let us know, and we'll strive to make it right. While we hope you enjoy your selections, we understand that circumstances may require returns or exchanges. We accept returns on whole bean coffee within 30 days of receiving the package.
To initiate a return, please inform us through the Contact Us page. It's appreciated if you could send an email or make a phone call before returning, allowing us the chance to address the issue promptly or arrange a hassle-free exchange at no additional cost.
Please note that certain products are not eligible for return or exchange. These include any type of ground coffee, special orders, or items on clearance sale. Refunds will be issued, excluding any shipping charges.
